汽(qi)車空(kong)(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)有兩個主要(yao)的空(kong)(kong)調(diao)管(guan)(guan)(guan),一根(gen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)從蒸發器到(dao)壓(ya)縮機的低(di)壓(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan),另(ling)外一根(gen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)從冷凝器到(dao)蒸發器的高壓(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)。包裹這(zhe)兩根(gen)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)可以提高空(kong)(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)的制冷性能(neng)嗎(ma)?答(da)案(an)是(shi)(shi)(shi)肯(ken)定的,但是(shi)(shi)(shi)包裹的方法和位置是(shi)(shi)(shi)很有講(jiang)究。如果包裹不當,可能(neng)會起到(dao)相反的效(xiao)果。
汽(qi)車(che)(che)空(kong)調原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)往往是(shi)(shi)安裝在發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)上,并用(yong)皮帶驅(qu)動(dong)(也有直接驅(qu)動(dong)的(de)),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)安裝在汽(qi)車(che)(che)散熱(re)器(qi)的(de)前(qian)方,而(er)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)在車(che)(che)里(li)面,工作(zuo)時從蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)出(chu)來的(de)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣態致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑流(liu)經(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)氣體(ti),經(jing)過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)散熱(re)管降溫(wen)(wen)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)的(de)液(ye)體(ti),再經(jing)過貯(zhu)液(ye)干燥器(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后以較穩(wen)定的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)量流(liu)向膨(peng)脹閥,經(jing)節流(liu)和降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)最后流(liu)向蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)。致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑一遇低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)環境即蒸(zheng)發(fa),吸(xi)收大量熱(re)能。車(che)(che)廂內的(de)空(kong)氣不(bu)斷(duan)流(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi),車(che)(che)廂內溫(wen)(wen)度也就(jiu)因此降低(di)(di)。液(ye)態致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑流(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)后再次變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣體(ti),又重新被(bei)吸(xi)入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)進(jin)(jin)行下一次的(de)循環工作(zuo)。在整(zheng)個(ge)系(xi)統(tong)中,膨(peng)脹閥是(shi)(shi)控制致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑進(jin)(jin)入蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)的(de)機(ji)關,致冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑進(jin)(jin)入蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)太多(duo)就(jiu)不(bu)易蒸(zheng)發(fa)而(er)太少(shao)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)氣又會不(bu)夠(gou),因此膨(peng)脹閥是(shi)(shi)調節中樞。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)是(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)心臟,系(xi)統(tong)循環的(de)動(dong)力源泉。
