電(dian)液控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模塊總成(cheng),電(dian)液控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),是指(zhi)在液壓傳動與控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,能(neng)夠接受模擬式或(huo)數(shu)字式信號,使輸出的流(liu)量(liang)或(huo)壓力邊續成(cheng)比例地受到控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的一種控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方法。 電(dian)液控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模塊是控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變速(su)器(qi)換(huan)擋而不是手(shou)動換(huan)擋的執行單元。
電(dian)液模塊損(sun)壞(huai)會讓(rang)車動(dong)力下降加(jia)速時加(jia)不起來油。

1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)液控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)成:電(dian)(dian)(dian)液模塊中電(dian)(dian)(dian)液控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)成元件(jian)有指令(ling)元件(jian)、比較元件(jian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)、比例閥、液壓(ya)執行器(qi)(qi)等。指令(ling)元件(jian)是給(gei)定控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制信(xin)號的(de)(de)(de)產生(sheng)與(yu)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)的(de)(de)(de)元件(jian)。也可稱(cheng)為編程器(qi)(qi)或(huo)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。在有反饋(kui)信(xin)號存在情況(kuang)下(xia)它(ta)給(gei)出(chu)與(yu)反饋(kui)信(xin)號有相同形(xing)式和量級的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制信(xin)號。比較元件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)功用(yong)是把給(gei)定輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)與(yu)反饋(kui)信(xin)號進(jin)行比較得出(chu)偏(pian)差信(xin)號作(zuo)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)通常(chang)被稱(cheng)作(zuo)比例放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)由(you)于含在比例閥內的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵需要的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)較大而偏(pian)差控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)較小不足以(yi)推(tui)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)鐵工作(zuo)。所以(yi)要對(dui)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制信(xin)號進(jin)行功率放(fang)大。
2、電液(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的工作原理(li):電液(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)(shi)指在液(ye)壓(ya)傳動(dong)與控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中能夠接受模(mo)擬式或(huo)數字式信號(hao)使輸出的流(liu)量或(huo)壓(ya)力持續成比例(li)地受到(dao)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的一(yi)種控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方法。電液(ye)比例(li)閥是(shi)(shi)介于開關型的液(ye)壓(ya)閥與伺(si)(si)服(fu)閥之間的一(yi)種液(ye)壓(ya)元件。與電液(ye)伺(si)(si)服(fu)閥相(xiang)比其優點(dian)是(shi)(shi)價廉、抗(kang)污染能力強(qiang)。除(chu)去在控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精度(du)及應快速性(xing)方面還不如伺(si)(si)服(fu)閥外其它方面的性(xing)能和控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水平與伺(si)(si)服(fu)閥的相(xiang)當。因此(ci)電液(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)被廣泛(fan)應用于電液(ye)模(mo)塊(kuai)。
