變速(su)器(qi)(qi)齒輪(lun)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用是(shi)輸出動力(li),實現(xian)變速(su)器(qi)(qi)傳(chuan)動比的(de)(de)變換(huan),即實現(xian)換(huan)檔,以達到變速(su)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用。變速(su)器(qi)(qi)齒輪(lun)經常在高(gao)轉速(su)、高(gao)負(fu)荷(he)、轉速(su)和負(fu)荷(he)不斷交變的(de)(de)情況下工作(zuo)(zuo),因此容(rong)易損壞。
1、輸出軸(zhou)(主軸(zhou))倒檔齒輪(lun),俗稱倒檔從動齒輪(lun);
2、中(zhong)間(jian)軸(副軸)倒檔齒輪,一般與中(zhong)間(jian)軸制為一體;
3、倒檔惰輪,裝在倒檔軸(zhou)上,用(yong)來進行變換輸出軸(zhou)主(zhu)旋向。

2、變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速器變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速器主要(yao)是指汽車變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速器,分(fen)為手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)兩種。手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速器主要(yao)由(you)齒(chi)(chi)輪和(he)軸構(gou)(gou)成,通(tong)過(guo)不同齒(chi)(chi)輪的(de)組(zu)合產生(sheng)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速轉矩(ju),另外一方面,自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速器AT由(you)液力變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)矩(ju)器、行星齒(chi)(chi)輪、液壓操(cao)作系統構(gou)(gou)成,通(tong)過(guo)流體傳(chuan)遞(di)和(he)齒(chi)(chi)輪的(de)組(zu)合產生(sheng)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速轉矩(ju)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速器的(de)功能(neng)是改變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比(bi)使(shi)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機在(zai)有(you)利的(de)情況下工作,在(zai)不改變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機旋轉方向的(de)情況下使(shi)汽車后(hou)退行駛,利用空檔切(qie)斷動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力傳(chuan)遞(di),使(shi)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機能(neng)夠起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、怠速,使(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速器的(de)換擋和(he)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力輸(shu)出變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)得(de)容(rong)易。
變速器齒輪(lun)的安裝方法:
1、拉(la)出撥叉軸(zhou)(zhou),墊(dian)圈(quan)厚度是否(fou)合適,各處(chu)紙(zhi)墊(dian)圈(quan)是否(fou)完好。組裝后,請旋轉輸入軸(zhou)(zhou),依次掛上各擋塊進行主(zhu)操作,防止安裝錯誤和(he)安裝遺漏,并(bing)旋松拆卸順(shun)序和(he)堵頭螺栓。檢查所有(you)墊(dian)片(pian);
2、按組(zu)裝順序(xu)安(an)裝變(bian)速(su)器(qi)時,其零(ling)部件組(zu)裝順序(xu)與拆卸時的順序(xu)相反,確保(bao)各(ge)齒輪嚙(nie)合面。安(an)裝過(guo)程中請始(shi)終轉動配合;
3、請(qing)注意零(ling)件的潤滑(hua),在安裝軸(zhou)承前涂抹黃油(you)或油(you)。從(cong)鏈輪方向拉出輸出軸(zhou),然后(hou)拉出兩端的軸(zhou)承。曾拆下倒檔軸(zhou)(或中間軸(zhou))及倒檔齒輪。
