1、保(bao)證汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)平(ping)穩起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu) 這(zhe)是離合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)首要功能。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)前(qian)(qian),自(zi)然要先起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)。而汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)時(shi)(shi),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)是從(cong)(cong)完全靜止(zhi)的(de)狀(zhuang)態逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加速(su)(su)(su)的(de)。如果傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(它聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)著(zhu)整(zheng)個汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che))與發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)剛(gang)性地(di)聯(lian)系(xi)(xi),則(ze)變速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)一掛上檔,汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)將(jiang)突(tu)然向(xiang)前(qian)(qian)沖(chong)一下(xia),但并(bing)不(bu)能起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。這(zhe)是因為汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)從(cong)(cong)靜止(zhi)到(dao)(dao)前(qian)(qian)沖(chong)時(shi)(shi),產生很大(da)(da)慣性力(li),對發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)造成很大(da)(da)地(di)阻(zu)力(li)矩(ju)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)慣性阻(zu)力(li)矩(ju)作用下(xia),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)瞬時(shi)(shi)間轉速(su)(su)(su)急劇(ju)下(xia)降到(dao)(dao)最低穩定(ding)轉速(su)(su)(su)(一般300-500RPM)以(yi)(yi)下(xia),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)即(ji)熄(xi)火而不(bu)能工作,當然汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)也不(bu)能起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。 因此,我(wo)們就(jiu)需(xu)要離合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)幫(bang)助了。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)后,汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)之前(qian)(qian),駕(jia)駛員先踩(cai)下(xia)離合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)踏板(ban),將(jiang)離合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)分離,使發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)和(he)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)脫開,再將(jiang)變速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)掛上檔,然后逐(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)松開離合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)踏板(ban),使離合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)逐(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)接(jie)合(he)(he)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)接(jie)合(he)(he)過程中,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)所受阻(zu)力(li)矩(ju)逐(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)增大(da)(da),故應同時(shi)(shi)逐(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)踩(cai)下(xia)加速(su)(su)(su)踏板(ban),即(ji)逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)增加對發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)燃(ran)料供給量(liang),使發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)轉速(su)(su)(su)始(shi)終保(bao)持在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)最低穩定(ding)轉速(su)(su)(su)上,而不(bu)致熄(xi)火。同時(shi)(shi),由于離合(he)(he)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)接(jie)合(he)(he)緊密程度逐(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)增大(da)(da),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)經傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)傳給驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)輪的(de)轉矩(ju)便(bian)逐(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)增加,到(dao)(dao)牽引(yin)力(li)足以(yi)(yi)克(ke)服起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)阻(zu)力(li)時(shi)(shi),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)即(ji)從(cong)(cong)靜止(zhi)開始(shi)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)并(bing)逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加速(su)(su)(su)
2、保證傳動系換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)(dang)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)作平順 2:實現平順的(de)換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)(dang) 在汽(qi)車行駛(shi)(shi)過程中,為適應不(bu)斷變化(hua)的(de)行駛(shi)(shi)條件,傳動系經常要更換(huan)(huan)不(bu)同(tong)檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)(wei)工(gong)作。實現齒輪式變速器(qi)的(de)換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)(dang),一(yi)般是(shi)撥(bo)動齒輪或其他掛檔(dang)(dang)機(ji)構,使(shi)(shi)原用檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)(wei)的(de)某一(yi)齒輪副推出(chu)傳動,再(zai)使(shi)(shi)另一(yi)檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)(wei)的(de)齒輪副進(jin)(jin)入工(gong)作。在換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)(dang)前必須踩下離合(he)(he)器(qi)踏板,中斷動力傳動,便于使(shi)(shi)原檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)(wei)的(de)嚙合(he)(he)副脫(tuo)開,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)使(shi)(shi)新檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)(wei)嚙合(he)(he)副的(de)嚙合(he)(he)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)的(de)速度逐(zhu)步趨向同(tong)步,這樣進(jin)(jin)入嚙合(he)(he)時(shi)(shi)的(de)沖(chong)擊可以(yi)大大的(de)減小,實現平順的(de)換(huan)(huan)檔(dang)(dang)。
3、防(fang)止傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系過載 當汽車(che)進(jin)行緊急制動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,若沒有離(li)(li)合(he)器,則發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機將因和(he)(he)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系剛性連(lian)接(jie)而急劇(ju)降低轉速(su),因而其(qi)(qi)中所(suo)有運動(dong)(dong)(dong)件將產生很(hen)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)慣性力(li)矩(其(qi)(qi)數值(zhi)可(ke)能(neng)大(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)超(chao)過發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機正常(chang)工(gong)作時所(suo)發(fa)出的(de)最大(da)(da)(da)扭(niu)距),對(dui)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系造成(cheng)超(chao)過其(qi)(qi)承(cheng)載能(neng)力(li)的(de)載荷,而使機件損(sun)壞。有了離(li)(li)合(he)器,便(bian)可(ke)以依(yi)靠(kao)離(li)(li)合(he)器主動(dong)(dong)(dong)部分和(he)(he)從動(dong)(dong)(dong)部分之(zhi)間可(ke)能(neng)產生的(de)相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)以消除(chu)這一危險。因此(ci),我(wo)們需要離(li)(li)合(he)器來限制傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系所(suo)承(cheng)受的(de)最大(da)(da)(da)扭(niu)距,保證安全。 離(li)(li)合(he)器可(ke)分為:摩(mo)擦離(li)(li)合(he)器,或(huo)(huo)是利(li)用液(ye)體作為傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)介(jie)質(即(ji)液(ye)力(li)偶合(he)器),或(huo)(huo)是利(li)用磁力(li)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(即(ji)電磁離(li)(li)合(he)器}
離合器撥叉是汽車變速箱的一部分,屬于變速箱附件,主要用于離合器換擋。與變速手柄連接,位于手柄下端,撥動中間變速輪改變輸入輸出速比。撥叉一般是指手動變速箱的汽車,位于變速箱和發動機之間的離合器系統中。

離合器傳遞的最大扭矩取決于從動盤摩擦面的最大靜摩擦力。它與摩擦表面之間的壓力、摩擦面積和摩擦材料的性能有關。對于具有一定結構的離合器,其最大靜摩擦力是一個固定值。如果傳動系統傳遞的扭矩超過這個固定值,離合器就會打滑,從而起到過載保護的作用。
